URGENT: COVID-19 Information for Food Facility Operators

CURRENT STATUS EFFECTIVE TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 2021:

INDOOR DINING IS ALLOWED AT 50% CAPACITY OR 200 PEOPLE

(WHICHEVER IS FEWER)

All businesses must continue  to adhere to California Guidelines for ill employee exclusion, face mask use, social distancing and frequent disinfection. See applicable guidelines at the following link: https://covid19.ca.gov/industry-guidance/

  • Grocery Stores can open with modifications to maintain social distancing
  • Wineries can open indoors at 25% capacity or 100 people (whichever is fewer) with modifications
  • Brewpubs, Breweries, Distilleries and Pubs can open indoors at 25% capacity or 100 people (whichever is fewer) with modifications
  • Bars are open outdoors with modifications
  • Swap Meets are open with modifications, closed common areas, and at 50% capacity food courts or 200 people (whichever is fewer)
